Carriera
After completing his degree in mechanical engineering, Mike Wiedler gained extensive operational experience as a functional managing director responsible for Sales and Operations in a family-owned company in the automotive engineering and metal processing industry. In his role as a shareholder, he also took on strategic responsibility and guided the company’s long-term development. He then spent around four years in management and restructuring consulting, where he worked on projects with a generalist focus on operational performance and financial topics, particularly in the retail, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
