Carriera
Before joining Auctus, Mario served as a Senior Director at Deloitte, where he was active in the private equity and M&A industry, advising on several transactions in the mid-market segment. Prior to that, he held a number of senior and highly relevant roles within the Italian private markets, both in the private sector and in public administration. Mario holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, as well as four Master’s degrees in macroeconomic and legal disciplines. He is currently also an Adjunct Professor of Mergers and Acquisitions at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin.
