Since AUCTUS partnered with the company in 2020, TERRAS has undergone an impressive growth trajectory, developing over the last five years into a powerful group of around 25 companies with a total turnover of approximately €500 million.

- Integrated value chain & consolidation: By bringing together strong, specialized companies into a robust alliance, we unlock massive synergies. We carefully map the value chain to create strong incentives for cross-company collaboration – completely free of cannibalization effects. Through dedicated working groups, we bundle trade-specific expertise, optimize procurement conditions via group-wide scaling, enabling knowledge sharing and optimize costs—allowing our medium-sized network to successfully stand up to large corporations.
- Co-branding strategy: To make this unique positioning visible, TERRAS utilizes a clear co-branding strategy. It serves as a powerful symbol for “the best of both worlds” – combining the agility, identity, and speed of the Mittelstand with the scalability, resources, and power of a corporate group.
- Mid-market DNA, succession & entrepreneurial leadership: A core element of our philosophy is honoring regional identity and local operational excellence. An entrepreneurial management team is crucial to this success. It takes leadership that speaks the same language and shares a mutual view on challenges. We ensure that the established teams, local management, and deep-rooted customer trust remain fully intact.
- Predictive steering (TERRAS Puls): We actively support our partner companies in scaling their operations. Most importantly our unique management and control logic “TERRAS Puls” enables us to steer the platform centrally and predictively while fully preserving decentralized entrepreneurship on the ground.
