Career
Piotr Panasiewicz holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and subsequently worked at the transformation consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal, where he gained valuable operational experience. He is a CFA charterholder. Piotr then joined the PE/VC industry and co-founded the funds Highlander Partners and Avia Growth Capital, where he successfully managed value-enhancing investments. He was also CEO of a portfolio company and chairman of several supervisory boards before joining AUCTUS to build up the Poland and CEE business.
