Career
Marvin Pueth brings extensive experience in scaling operations, international expansion, and post-merger integration – particularly in the mid-market segment. Before joining AUCTUS, he served as Vice President Post-Merger Integration at 1KOMMA5°, where he led the integration of acquisitions across the DACH region and played a key role in driving operational excellence within the group. As part of his role, he also assumed the position of Managing Director for one of the portfolio companies, implementing targeted measures to increase revenue and profitability. At both 1KOMMA5° and previously at TIER Mobility, Marvin was part of the journey as the companies evolved into unicorns. Earlier in his career, he held strategic roles at BMW Group in the field of mobility and innovation.
Marvin studied International Management at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, the International School of Management, and Corvinus University of Budapest.
