Career
Before joining AUCTUS, Francesco Valli worked as an associate at Oxy Capital, a private equity firm specializing in the restructuring of distressed companies. Among other things, he was responsible for structuring transactions to acquire control of these companies as part of bankruptcy agreements and for developing and implementing plans to restructure the companies by injecting new capital and professional resources. Previously, Francesco was a management consultant at Kearney and worked on several strategy definition and implementation projects. Francesco holds an MBA from INSEAD (France and Singapore) and a Master of Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy).
