Career
Before joining AUCTUS, Francesco Novarese was part of the M&A team at CNH Industrial, where he was involved in the restructuring of the Chinese holdings, the planned sale of the truck business to the largest Chinese car manufacturers and the spin-off and listing of the on-highway business. Previously, Francesco worked at EY Transaction where he provided due diligence, valuation and strategy/value creation services to a number of financial sponsors and companies. Francesco is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Controlling as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University.
