PRIVATE EQUITY ASSOCIATE (M/F/D)

Investment professional and entrepreneur - your tasks as part of the AUCTUS investment team are diverse! You will be responsible for all aspects of the transactions - from sector analysis to the initial assessment of attractive target companies, the preparation of financial models and purchase bids/LOI, due diligence and support of the portfolio companies through to a successful exit. You also have the opportunity to actively participate in the company's success through co-investments.

Due to the high number of 20 to 30 new investments per year, you will have the opportunity to contribute your previous expertise, gain extensive deal experience and thus build up a convincing track record in the deal business.

• Become a member of our highly experienced and great investment team
• Experience an agile working environment characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and action, team orientation and a high level of initiative
• Develop yourself professionally and personally in a dynamic team

• Outstanding academic degree with a commercial, technical or scientific background from a renowned university/business school
• Relevant transaction experience in the areas of private equity, management consulting, auditing and/or investment banking
• Excellent analytical skills with regard to the evaluation of markets and business models
• Excellent understanding of economic relationships and processes in companies
• Entrepreneurial mindset and affinity for SMEs
• High degree of personal responsibility and goal orientation
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
