The AUCTUS MBA internship is the ideal opportunity to get to know the private equity world over a period of 8 - 12 weeks and to find out what your future as an investment professional at AUCTUS could look like:

• You are a full member of the investment team
• As part of 2-3 person deal teams, you will be involved in the various phases of the transactions - from the initial analysis of attractive target companies in various growth industries, the preparation of financial models and purchase offers/LOI, due diligence and support in the business development of the AUCTUS portfolio companies all the way to a successful exit
• You benefit from a steep learning curve and a high level of personal responsibility
• You will be supported by an experienced investment professional in your professional and personal development.

• Excellent Bachelor's degree with a commercial, technical or scientific background from a renowned university/business school
• Several years of professional experience in consulting companies, investment banking, auditing and/or M&A consulting prior to the MBA program
• High level of commitment and ambition
• Excellent analytical skills with regard to the evaluation of markets and business models
• Extensive prior knowledge in the areas of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow analysis, company valuation and financial modeling
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality and affinity for SMEs
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
