unimed offers billing services for the private liquidation of hospitals or chief physicians for privately insured patients. The core service is profound invoicing based on the patient file created by the doctor, printing and sending invoices to patients. unimed is the market leader for the billing of private medical services in Germany and employs over 800 people at eleven locations. Currently, 28 of the 33 university hospitals in Germany are already customers of unimed. In total, over 600 clinics and 2,500 chief physicians use unimed’s services.

AUCTUS and the management aim to build on the successful organic growth of the past by acquiring new hospitals and hospital chains as well as expanding existing customers (new departments and doctors within the existing customer base).
