Parlasca

Georg Parlasca Keksfabrik is a traditional company based in Burgdorf near Hanover. The origins of the family business date back to 1897. Until 2020/2021 it was managed by Anna-Luise, Annett and Georg Parlasca in the 4th generation. Malte Benesch has been responsible for the successful further development as Managing Director since October 2021.

Over the years, Parlasca has positioned itself as a leading private label manufacturer of specialty cookies and bars, focusing primarily on the organic and baby food categories as well as on innovative special recipes (including vegan, low-carb, low-sugar and high-protein). The company sees itself as an innovative category advisor and partner that develops and implements customized solutions together with its customers. The Parlasca family had already been planning the future of the traditional company for several years. The aim was to find a strong partner who would support the company in its successful further development. Independence and the preservation of the special Parlasca corporate culture should be ensured at the same time.
