FOODco

Georg Parlasca Keksfabrik is the nucleus of FOODco. Its origins date back to 1897. Nearly a decade ago, the family Parlasca decided to step back from the operational business which was made possible by AUCTUS Capital Partners AG in 2020.

Parlasca is established as a renowned company for specialty baked goods, snacks and fruit cereal bars and is particularly active in attractive growth markets such as baby/children, organic, protein. The main driver of success is the comprehensive network in all areas of the value chain, which is regularly expanded in order to benefit from the respective specialization.

This idea led to the development of FOODco in order to promote partnerships with like-minded, owner-managed “niche specialists” on the one hand and to provide support in various areas of the corporate value chain on the other. The aim is to achieve greater strength in the market environment by working together.

Through bundling and emerging synergies, joint growth potential is exploited and competitive barriers are built up. This increases the profitability of the individual companies. Each group company retains its identity while benefiting from new ideas for a successful future.
