The UPFRONT GROUP, an AUCTUS portfolio company, is continuing its dynamic growth course: the acquisition of EngFle Baugesellschaft mbH, the Heidersberger Group and Rudolf Schweiger Abdichtung und Isolierbau-GmbH & Co. KG has created an integrated industry champion for the entire building envelope. The group now has around 500 employees and a total output of around 150 million euros.
Since the entry of AUCTUS in 2024, the UPFRONT GROUP has pursued a clear industrial logic: in a fragmented market, the platform bundles specialized medium-sized companies into a powerful network. Thanks to the latest partnerships, the group now covers the entire value chain of the building envelope: From planning and production to service and maintenance.
